The new amenities in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island are attracting more and more guests to the resort. 

The new Beach Club sits where the old clubhouse sat on the ocean.  Amenities such as a beachside restaurant, oceanfront beach bar, concessions, retail shop, rooftop bar plus a special events space.

The new $22M Harbour Town Clubhouse offers gorgeous new locker rooms for guests and members; plus a 1,900 sf pro golf shop, a restaurant (“Links”) overlooking beautiful Harbour Town Golf Links and a 2,200 sf ballroom for PGA and local events. 

The new Plantation Club includes a brand new building, an amazing indoor restaurant and bar (“Live Oak”), offering a veranda that wraps the building with golf views that go forever.

The South Island Emergency Beach Fill Project is set to begin this week in Sea Pines. The purpose is to replace sand lost during Hurricane Matthew and to reestablish a protective and stable beach with dunes that existed before the storm. Marinex Construction is brining their heavy equipment, including pipelines and bulldozers, by barge to the South Beach area. They plan to establish a submerged pipeline from a beachlanding that's close to Beach Marker 19 (near Green Winged Teal Street) and then extend it out to the Barrett Shoal borrow site where a dredge will be located. A pump station will be in place between the dredge and the beach to transfer a sand and sea-water slurry on to the beach before bulldozers can shape it accordingly.    The…
