When I think of horses and equestrian facilities, I think Sea Pines, Oldfield but mainly Rose Hill. We had a wonderful opportunity as Realtors to attend an open house presenting their new clubhouse. It was not renovated but a brand new building. Gorgeous back porch and inviting entryway, spacious bar and rooms that can be separate for different meetings. The 18-hole is a public course with daily fees. No mandatory membership for Rose Hill property owners. Rose Hill has a POA of $2200 which may seem high for some BUT consider all the amenities: Tennis with clay and hard surface courts, pickle ball, Equestrian Center with 50 fenced acres including a polo field.
