We can’t say enough about Lorri Lewis! We have vacationed on Hilton Head for many years and finally decided to buy a place of our own.

We were introduced to Lee Simmons through a mutual friend to assist us with finding a home in Hilton Head. It has to be one of the best introductions I have ever had. Lee was the ultimate professional. She started at the macro level working with my wife to identify the communities that best served our wants and desires and really took the time to tour us around the entire island to carefully explain the idiosyncrasies of the different residential areas. When we narrowed down the desired communities, she patiently worked with us to define our specific residential needs and specifications as well as price range and what work we would be willing to do in any targeted house etc. She then went to work on identifying homes that fell within our price range and met our needs.

The biggest compliment I could make of Lee is that she never showed us a house that was outside of something we found interest in and then within a short time period narrowed down the possibilities to eventually the house we made an offer on and purchased that met all our needs and desires. Due to her property knowledge after 20 plus years on the island the transaction process was well managed, the introductions made to the third part professional were excellent which combined all resulted in one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced and I am in commercial real estate!

However, the most important comment I have to make to anyone considering a real estate agent in Hilton Head and why they should choose Lee without hesitation is NOT just Lee's phenomenal knowledge and professionalism BUT the absolute delight of dealing with her as a person. She always had a smile, genuinely cared about what we were feeling, and has a personality and charisma that puts everyone at ease at what is a stressful time when trying to buy a house in new area I cannot recommend her highly enough. She started as an agent and my wife and I are now pleased to now call her a friend!

Paula Traver is the ultimate Professional, both patient and intelligent, going beyond for her Clients! She sold us our first property here in 2003 and then sold it for us in 2008. Drew Davis was instrumental in getting our condo unit sold this past fall. Drew helped us navigate the complexities of selling a condo from across state lines. He was knowledgeable about the process and kept us in the loop during the whole proceeding. He was able to coordinate the repairs needed to insure that the property was in excellent condition for the sell. Without Drew the process of selling our unit would have been too much for us to handle. We now have him searching for another HHI property for us and will continue to use him as needed in the future. Several months prior to our arrival on Hilton Head Island we started sending Paula Traver links to homes we liked on Zillow. We sent MANY links. We let Paula know the type of home we were looking for. The day after we arrived she had arranged for us to see approximately 8 homes, most of which interested us.
