We were introduced to Lee Simmons through a mutual friend to assist us with finding a home in Hilton Head. It has to be one of the best introductions I have ever had. Lee was the ultimate professional. She started at the macro level working with my wife to identify the communities that best served our wants and desires and really took the time to tour us around the entire island to carefully explain the idiosyncrasies of the different residential areas. When we narrowed down the desired communities, she patiently worked with us to define our specific residential needs and specifications as well as price range and what work we would be willing to do in any targeted house etc. She then went to work on identifying homes that fell within our price range and met our needs.

The biggest compliment I could make of Lee is that she never showed us a house that was outside of something we found interest in and then within a short time period narrowed down the possibilities to eventually the house we made an offer on and purchased that met all our needs and desires. Due to her property knowledge after 20 plus years on the island the transaction process was well managed, the introductions made to the third part professional were excellent which combined all resulted in one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced and I am in commercial real estate!

However, the most important comment I have to make to anyone considering a real estate agent in Hilton Head and why they should choose Lee without hesitation is NOT just Lee's phenomenal knowledge and professionalism BUT the absolute delight of dealing with her as a person. She always had a smile, genuinely cared about what we were feeling, and has a personality and charisma that puts everyone at ease at what is a stressful time when trying to buy a house in new area I cannot recommend her highly enough. She started as an agent and my wife and I are now pleased to now call her a friend!

We have bought and sold eleven homes in five states. Without question, Barbra Finer is the most professional Realtor we have known. Aside from her mastery of negotiating both the price and the terms of sale, she is more interested in her clients owning the right home at the right price than in getting commissions.
