We worked with Lee to purchase our new home in Hilton Head Island almost one year ago. Drew Davis was instrumental in getting our condo unit sold this past fall. Drew helped us navigate the complexities of selling a condo from across state lines. He was knowledgeable about the process and kept us in the loop during the whole proceeding. He was able to coordinate the repairs needed to insure that the property was in excellent condition for the sell. Without Drew the process of selling our unit would have been too much for us to handle. We now have him searching for another HHI property for us and will continue to use him as needed in the future.
