It is with great pleasure, that I am writing this letter of support and recommendation for Lee Simmons of the Sea Pines Real Estate group.

We worked with Lee to purchase our new home in Hilton Head Island almost one year ago. Our immediate and extended families had been coming to HHI for more than a decade and we decided it was time to make our move to begin the next phase of our life's journey and establish new roots in South Carolina.

Not only did Lee help us find our dream home - not easy given the tight real estate - but she was great at walking us through and managing every step of the process from inspections, to financing, to insurance, to banking- all with unflappable poise and grace to close without a hitch.

We have moved more than twelve times over 33 years of being together. The fastest way we met people previously was through our four wonderful children, the local school, and work. Being empty nesters and working remotely, our biggest concern was how would we find a way to make HHI our new home for the future.
