Aside from her mastery of negotiating both the price and the terms of sale, she is more interested in her clients owning the right home at the right price than in getting commissions. She once advised us that a home we were ready to buy was “Not good value”. At that point she thought it wasthat home or none for us, she was sacrificing her commission with our interest in mind. We can’t say enough about Lorri Lewis! We have vacationed on Hilton Head for many years and finally decided to buy a place of our own.
