It is with great pleasure, that I am writing this letter of support and recommendation for Lee Simmons of the Sea Pines Real Estate group.

We worked with Lee to purchase our new home in Hilton Head Island almost one year ago. Our immediate and extended families had been coming to HHI for more than a decade and we decided it was time to make our move to begin the next phase of our life's journey and establish new roots in South Carolina.

Not only did Lee help us find our dream home - not easy given the tight real estate - but she was great at walking us through and managing every step of the process from inspections, to financing, to insurance, to banking- all with unflappable poise and grace to close without a hitch.

Drew Davis was instrumental in getting our condo unit sold this past fall. Drew helped us navigate the complexities of selling a condo from across state lines. He was knowledgeable about the process and kept us in the loop during the whole proceeding. He was able to coordinate the repairs needed to insure that the property was in excellent condition for the sell. Without Drew the process of selling our unit would have been too much for us to handle. We now have him searching for another HHI property for us and will continue to use him as needed in the future. Lee Simmons has been my realtor on multiple properties on Hilton Head as both a buyer and a seller.
