Lorri Lewis helped my husband and I purchase a rental property in Sea Pines, HHI. We did not know much about the area and were so lucky to find Lorri. Several months prior to our arrival on Hilton Head Island we started sending Paula Traver links to homes we liked on Zillow. We sent MANY links. We let Paula know the type of home we were looking for. The day after we arrived she had arranged for us to see approximately 8 homes, most of which interested us. The next day, another 8, including our dream home. We put in an offer that night after Paula came to us with the contract. She delivered the “earnest money” check to the lawyer.
