Paula Traver: Buying her first home, in Middlebury Connecticut, at the age of 19 was the start of Paula’s real estate career. Flash forward to 2003, Paula procured her Real Estate license in South Carolina and has sold over $100 million in real estate on Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry. She has a fabulous husband, Jack, celebrating 30 years of marriage. Two children, who both went to Hilton Head High School and participated in the International Baccalaureate program. Paula enjoys USTA tennis teams, boating and golf when she is not selling real estate or enjoying her family and friends. Paula has been featured in five episodes of HGTV’s Island Life.

Penny Perrone Gray: Penny has been actively in tune with Hilton Head Island for over 18 years. It all began with a vacation in Sea Pines Plantation. After that first visit in 1999, Penny and her husband knew they would one day own a home on one of South Carolina’s largest barrier islands - Hilton Head.
After obtaining her real estate license, Penny immersed herself in understanding the benefits and amenities of communities on and off the island to best serve her clients as it relates to their personal needs and lifestyle choices. She attends local meetings with various real estate and government agencies to stay in the know for past, current, and future clients.
Penny is constantly researching and leveraging real estate technologies to offer her clients top of the line customer service to help them buy, list or invest in a home/lot/slip on or off the island.
