Prices for homes along the sound can vary from $3,000,000 to $5,000,000. Oceanfront homes located from the Tower Beach Club to the ocean gate tend to sell in the high $3,000,000 range, for a home that may need renovations, to the $6,000,000 range, and above, for homes of exceptional quality. Well built homes with gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean are often priced in the $5,000,000 range.
A number of these beachfront homes are being sold in turnkey condition, fully furnished and are excellent candidates for the short term rental market. Depending on the quality of the home and number of bedrooms, gross rental incomes can vary from $123,000 to $329,550.
