Penny grew up a contractors daughter; her dad allowed her to visit home sites as a young girl. He told her about the importance of a building a quality home and how you have to build it to meet the needs of the FAMILY that will one day call it HOME. Family and home bring it all together! She never forgot what her dad said and knew one day she would be a part of finding the right home for families around the world.
When it comes to real estate, Penny dives right in to find the right home to meet the personal and life style needs of her clients. Always top of mind is integrity and ethics involved in real estate. Penny is constantly educating herself on current affairs in real estate, networking with colleagues in the industry, and knowing her market on Hilton Head Island and surrounding communities.
Penny graduated with her BS at SUNY Plattsburgh and continued with her masters degree in education; shortly after she started a family of her own. Penny now lives in Hilton Head Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC with her husband Darryl. They have three children - Sara, Jordan and Ryan who reside in SC and VT. They recently added Annie to the family - their first grandchild!
